Nation Health is a family practice. Everyone can register with a family doctor.

2. How to register with a family doctor?

Please complete our online form. We will get back to you as soon as possible once we receive the completed form.

3. Is Nation Health a walk-in clinic?

No, Nation Health is a family practice and not a walk-in clinic.

4. How do I cancel or change an appointment?

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, contact our clinic immediately. You may cancel an appointment by phone at 613-714-9899 or in person at our clinic. Since appointments are in high demand, your prompt cancellation will give another patient the opportunity to access timely medical care. Appointments that are not cancelled by 12pm (Noon) one (1) business day prior to your scheduled appointment (or by 12pm on Saturday for appointments taking place the following Monday) will be subject to fees.
